What's the minimum booking time for hourly service?
Our hourly Sprinter service has a 3-hour minimum per booking. This is standard across LA hourly/as-directed chauffeur service and covers the setup cost of dedicating one vehicle and driver to you.
Is gratuity included in the hourly rate?
Yes, our hourly pricing is all-inclusive, covering the chauffeur, fuel, and gratuity in one flat rate. There are no surprise add-ons at the end of your ride.
Can I add extra stops or change my route once we're on the road?
Yes, that's the point of as-directed service. Just tell your chauffeur where to go next, and they'll adjust in real time, no rebooking or extra fee for a reasonable number of stops.
What happens if I need more time than I booked?
